Has any round 2 applicant heard back yet for the scholarship? when are we expected to hear back??

What do you people think is the ideal monthly budget (excluding tuition) for a sciences po student who plans to join the menton campus in the fall. I'm trying to get a rough estimate of what would be a decent budget.
