Is there a group in Klamath falls Oregon that rides dirtbikes, sides by sides, and four wheelers that I can get in contact with?

This is something a bit odd to me because my old Yamaha ('04 warrior 350) had the same sound for months then just before it blew up the sound disappeared. Is the sound just valve lash? Should I try to fix it or try to get it fixed? Or is it normal for the '22 KTM xc-f 350. My KTM that's in the video is completely stock except for a Oregon forest service spark arrester.
