I did not play that day. There’s other people’s accounts on my email address and last time I recall someone with the username beginning by "xX" linked to my email address was back in 2021.
I don’t own whatever that account is. I tried to appeal so many times, I never get any human moderator.
Is it even possible to appeal something like that? I discovered I was banned last week, they didn’t even send an email saying I was banned.
