CONTEXT: Last night I joined a game called egirl cutecore fits for not even 10 minutes, I do not own this game l am simply just a player that joined wanting to buy a outfit (i did not end up buying anything) I did not chat in the game, i did not use voice chat or anything. Around 3 pm today i go into roblox and i see that im banned for 3 days and the reasoning is insanity because i simply do NOT own the game or have any connections to it? I tried to appeal TWICE and they denied. this is unacceptable, someone please help (yes ik its just 3 days but ive never got banned for this long and i dont want this on my record) EDIT : to make things even more confusing I am NOT associated with this group or anyone in it all i did was join a random outfit game.

I don't even understand the violation so not sure how to appeal. Is it the username that's "sexual content"? I've had it since the account was made in 2008.

Am I screwed?
Also I’ve seen some people include these types of things when writing a MIDR,so perhaps that will help me?Also I’ve only had one violation ever(September 9th) and I got terminated after 4 people spam reported me in less than 10 minutes ,which I suppose triggered their ai,and since I know for a fact I didn’t say/do anything wrong they have pulled a Chat ID from Sept 8th (I got terminated on Sept 15th).Also,to my understanding the chat id is from the trusted friends chat,which I was using a lot.But since I do not think that it’s anything harmful I might have to request an ROA soon.Ive also started writing a MIDR ,but ill be waiting for more “ evidence “.

PS: lately I’ve been seeing many people getting silently unbanned ,even without an ROA,so I’m considering just getting a MIDR and sending more appeals

They did not review shit, their stupid ai moderation immediately denied my appeal the minute I sent it. Literally, this model already exists under several accounts and I was trying to upload it (for personal use) to the marketplace, and I get hit with a ban.

To get straight to the point, I was banned on roblox for a refund I did on my account on Sep 21. A Hacker ended up spending 316$ on my account for robux and transferred most of it to other random players. I ended up asking for a refund because, well, 300$+ Is crazy work. After getting my refund I was automatically banned (Didn't know this would happen). I sent two appeals which got denied (sent one on the 21st, another one on oct 1). However, I ended up switching tactics and went to the Billing tab instead of Appeal a decision tab. My third appeal ended up working as I got a one time pass instead of being perma banned. Wallahi me and roblox termination 1-0. Top 10 scariest moments of my life lmao

the reason i think this is because the ban reason is different on my violations and appeals page compared to my home page ban reason, and the timestamps also have a 3 minute difference

can someone please explain why this is?
