i dont know what to do, I've appealed 9 times and i get rejected within 5-10 mins after appealing. this is my first termination and i don't even know how it happened, i went to my grandmas for a 4th of july barbecue and i come home to my account being termed. i got nothing in my email about it. the only reason why i found out is bc of my homie who told me it was deleted. if anyone has appealed a ban like this please let me know your ways. i have been up since 12 in the morning trying to get this sorted.
Hello there!
This night I was playing roblox and building in roblox studio with my friends. It was really well spent quality time. In one moment one of us offered me an model, what he claimed that he made by himself. After few seconds of complaining about it I thought "what bad can happen? he is just a good guy who is offering me his things". And propably that made me out of way. I published the game and nothing showed up for few hours. Then we went for playing and still there wasn't anything suspicious, but somehow roblox gave me error 273 (someone is playing roblox on my account from another device). I was a bit scared of that, especially that my phone was next to me and my e-mail was empty. I opened roblox in my browser (as I am usually using it), becouse I wanted to see what is going on and it showed me "account terminated" announcment. The account was terminated today (5 July) but the latest warning is from 4 July, but from the same hour. When my colleagues went to see suspected model we saw an huge amount of scripts, what I didn't saw as a danger, becouse of scripted parts what were used to be normal as model have some sort of moving parts. We detected scripts where are written strange texts with announcments that model belongs to somebody who is not our colleague. There was script that propably is sending messages to owner when someone uses their model and script where an (as I heard) dangerous leak group from England is linked in. For today I need to say that I did not saw anything from roblox in my e-mail, especially I didn't saw anything what is connected to my ban. Of course I appealed from this, but is there any chance of winning with roblox in this case, especially when my account had about 6 years old and about 10000 robux spent? Eventually I need to say that we are not 100% sure that model was reason of the termination.
(pictures 3 and 4 are the first, 1 and 2 are from update)
UPDATE:
I looked over on my second account for more information (pictures 1, 2) and it shows up as I am banned for "other activity" but there are 5 violations what is really suprising thing. I never saw that before. Every "violation" looks the same, but suprisingly they are not showing up on my main account what "violated" roblox standards.
Context:have been banned twice before for cheating, but only 1 of them was because of me.second time i was banned for 7 days because my account was hacked.i have not scripted in like a year unironically, so this came as a suprise or is this a banwave?is there any chance i can get unbanned or prove my innocence? Are they even able to reverse the process?arent i only supposed to get a 1 month ban?
I haven't sent an appeal in a week, but when i sent one now it only took 10 seconds for my appeal to get rejected
On June 17, I was hit with an enforcement ban due to what my brother was saying in chat on his account. A quick review of our violation histories would clearly show that we are two different individuals. (his violation records are filled with chat harassment stuff. While mine only has old ass assets being removed)
Enforcement bans are extremely difficult to appeal, I've tried basically everything (except having to do that midr thing) and I've got no luck
But remember guys! Roblox "carefully" reviewed my appeal! They've gotten so good at reviewing appeals that it only took them 10 seconds! A human definitely reviewed it!
All I did was uploading a seemingly innocent edited picture that I made for an animation on my youtube channel. It's now paused because of their incompetency... First time being a victim of their bans
Question.. While Waiting for a response for my roblox appeal and or my midr. could i use an alternative account and ban evade? if so what are the steps to doing this safely and what could happen if the alternative account receives an enforcement ban?
I have got banned about a year ago due to my brothers account getting me enforcement banned since he plays on the same device and I’ve tried and tried but they won’t accept it and I miss it really bad I feel like I don’t have fun without Roblox , should I just grow up? Or should I keep trying and appealing?
So this morning, I woke up to my brother saying his account was deleted for a "serious violation of the rules." Well, it was because he made a giant penis in a game and decided to not deleted it, which was 6 months ago. Well Roblox found the mesh, deleted his account via IP, and my account was also hit with a deletion, as well as my alts. They say its because my account was linked to his, even though it wasn't. I tried appealing multiple times due to myself being innocent in this case, but they still say that it breaks the rules. I am in no way tied to my brothers account and actions, yet am IP banned for something I haven't done. Do any of y'all know how I should go about this? Bellow you will find the photo of what my Roblox says for my account.
We all know the drill. Roblox’s automated moderation goes on a random sweep, and suddenly you’re staring at a termination screen for "Harmful Content/Behavior" over something completely harmless, or worse, something you didn’t even do.
If you try to appeal it through their standard support, you usually just get bounced around by a bot.
If you want an actual chance at getting your account back, you need to play the escalation game correctly.
Here is the step-by-step playbook to move from a standard ticket to legally forcing a human review.
Phase 1: The Initial Strike & The Internal Appeal
When the automated hammer drops, your clock starts ticking. You have a limited window to file an internal appeal, and you need to treat this phase as setting the paper trail for later.
Don't Rage-Submit: Do not send an angry, typing-in-all-caps message to support. It gives the bots (and the low-tier human reviewers) an easy excuse to close the ticket.
Keep it Objective and Clear: Go to the official Roblox Support page and select Appeals. Keep your text brief: state clearly that the automated system flag was a false positive, that you did not violate the Community Standards, and ask for a manual review.
Collect Your Evidence: If you have screenshots of the context or the specific item/chat that got flagged, have them ready.
Phase 2: When the Bot Rejects You (The Escalation Routes)
If your internal appeal gets rejected, or if they hit you with a copy-pasted "this decision is final" response, this is where most players give up. But if you are based in the EU or the UK, you actually have massive legal leverage thanks to newer tech regulations.
The DSA / ODS Route: Under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), tech platforms are legally required to allow users to escalate moderation disputes to an independent, certified third party. This is called an Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (ODS) body (like Appeals Centre Europe).
How it Works:
You bypass Roblox's support desk entirely. You file your case with the ODS body, showing your termination details and their rejected appeal. A neutral, real human panel reviews the case. If they rule that Roblox's automated system made an error, Roblox is legally forced to engage with that decision in good faith. It's incredibly cheap (often just a couple of euros, which get refunded if you win) or entirely free.
The MIDR / Media Ombudsman Route: For users in regions with specific digital media frameworks, you can escalate via local Media Ombudsman or Media Independent Dispute Resolution bodies. Platforms hate these because it forces their legal and compliance teams to manually pull your account data and defend their automated decisions to a government-backed regulator.
The Bottom Line
Never let a copy-pasted bot response be the final word on an account you’ve spent years building. If the internal appeal fails, take it external.
Have any of you successfully dragged Roblox to an ODS body yet?
Let’s talk in the comments, drop your experiences with the "Harmful Content" bans below.
Roblox helped me get back into my hacked account, but the hackers stole 5K+ robux as well as limiteds worth around 80K.
They are saying that I cannot get the items back?? I do not understand. I bought the robux using a Roblox gift card! They won’t listen to me and keep saying they “stand by their previous decision” (attached). What do I do? This is so unfair!
Around April, I made myself a new account because I just knew Roblox wasn’t gonna do shit about my termination, and I’ve mostly forgotten the account until today, when I logged onto roblox on my xbox only to see that it was still logged into my termed acc.
The thing that concerns me most is that my PC and console are both connected to the same network, so does that mean I will get Enforcement Banned?
Sorry if i may sound impatient, but i received the email on june 16th, i replied the same day. After this, i haven't received a second email from Roblox confirming they received my reply, is it normal? Should i wait a bit more (like 2 extra weeks)? Did i said something that made the bot think i'm not confirming my request?
okay so, about 4 or so months ago now, my roblox account got banned from the platform. the reason given is that "my alt account was breaking rules so we banned it and your account too". the main problem with that, is that i don't HAVE an alt account, and never have. i believe that most likely my account got connected somehow to the account of someone who hacked into my account in december of last year. i have tried several official support tickets and i have even gone as far as to contact the better business buero, but NOTHING has worked. my account is from over 10 years ago at this point and i'd really hate to not only lose the time i put into the account, but the memories. if anyone could help me figure out a solution in any way, or break it to me that i'm screwed and i just have to start fresh, please let me know. thank you.
so basically i logged onto roblox today and wanted to play a FAKE dh game with my friends and i kept getting kicked from a bug in the fake game and so i went onto catolog avatar creator to just find a new shirt since i kept getting kicked and was bored and bought a shirt called "AP+" it was 5 robux it looked cool i liked it since it had a cool watch on it and then i went to blade ball to look at my shirt then randomly i just got kicked and then got termed wtf do i do i didnt talk to anyone before hand (ps sorry for my bad grammar and spelling im super freaked out)
I haven’t been waiting an hour between appeals & Ive just been spamming them constantly (6 times) until it gave me that message
What am I supposed to do now that I’m timed off the appeal? How long do I need to wait now? Also yes this is seriously what I put I placed it as a thumbnail on my experience I genuinely didn’t know this could get me banned & mods please don’t take this down either I js wanna provide full context so I can get help
I’ve never been banned on roblox before & I don’t wanna lose an account I’ve had & used for a while because of something as trivial as this what do I do?
I don’t think I deserve this ban because this experience was private only to me & my groups testers which has nobody on it
This was my old account that was made 7 years ago years ago and it got banned 5 years ago for “scamming” And it said do not create accounts solely for the purpose of breaking rules but this was my main account so was this deserved or not?

Roblox moderated my game on the 19th of June for having a YouTube link to a tutorial in its game description, i emailed an appeal and they replied to me on the 20th telling me to remove the link from the game description, publish, and then email them back. I did so. It's currently the 3nd of July and I still did not receive any reply back.
If it helps my game had a stable playerbase of \~300-400 players and 81 million visits.
For context I got banned on my 10+ year old account after my bank flagged a purchase as fraud and automatically tried to refund the purchase, but I had already spent the Robux at that point. Since June 20th I’ve been constantly sending appeals asking for a one-time reinstatement and telling what happened. Now I’ve gotten a new message and I wonder if it’s basically telling me they’re not going to do anything anymore. Anyone have any advice? I hate Roblox support so so so much.
