the reason i think this is because the ban reason is different on my violations and appeals page compared to my home page ban reason, and the timestamps also have a 3 minute difference
can someone please explain why this is?
was kinda expecting this. My MIDR was about 25 pages long and they probably didnt read it all, I was banned for inappropriate content/behavior with no evidence given

i was banned for 'inappropriate content/behavior' (child endangerment and violations & appeals state harmful content/behavior apparently) and im not sure if it was done by a human or an AI, they gave me no evidence and i sent a midr 53 days ago. they ignored my last one. what happened??
It's also worth noting that roblox support mixed up their responses to my appeals, since they said that i was banned for 'sending messages to other users' but then in another response they said i was banned for 'a voice chat conversation i had'??? what??
also, in my violations and appeals page, my ban shows up with the reason as 'harmful content/behavior', not inappropriate c/b. and the timestamp is 3 minutes before the timestamp on my home page ban

the behavior breaking the rules is my permaban, the chat breaking the rules is a warning for spam i got years ago
in a rejected appeal, they mentioned i was banned for inappropriate content/behavior (CE) for sending messages to other users, but in another rejected appeal, they said the same thing but instead of saying it was for messages, they said it was for voice chat?? does this mean my ban is false? i didnt even do anything wrong (or so i think) in the first place
it also may be worth nothing that i rarely used vc and it was disabled anyways after the age verification update

The ban on violations and appeals states harmful content/behaviour, however my ban page stated inappropriate content/behavior?? why is this and why did my ban just appear now on the violations and appeals page
slight realisation while i was making this: i was using a VPN to set myself in the EU when i saw the ban had appeared on violations and appeals.
Please could somebody help me create a MIDR? I suck at doing those sort of things and have no idea what to write, my previous MIDR was ignored.
I was banned 4 months ago for 'inappropriate content/behavior' (Child Endangerment) even though I am a minor myself. Hello Roblox team, I’m submitting a Moderation Inquiry and Dispute Request regarding the termination of my account. My account was terminated with the reason listed as “Other,” and I wasn’t given a clear explanation. In a follow-up appeal, “Child Endangerment” was mentioned, but no context or details were provided, so I’m unsure what this is referring to. The only thing that they mentioned was that it was a 'voice chat conversation' that I had that caused me to be terminated. This proves the ban to be false since after Roblox updated their platform to add age verification, my Voice Chat was disabled. I did not use it again after that. Roblox Support Ticket 165325886 shows proof of this as a moderator told me my ban was for a Voice Chat conversation I had. I have not engaged in any behaviour that would violate Roblox’s Terms of Service or Community Standards since. I have always intended to use the platform appropriately and responsibly. There were a few temporary bans in the past, but those were resolved at the time, and I’ve followed all of Roblox’s rules since. I respectfully request a manual review of my account by a human moderator, and reconsideration of the decision. I request that my account be unbanned following a manual review of this matter. Im thinking of filing a DSA (im in the UK), but i could also file a MIDR instead. what one is more likely to be accepted?
ive seena lot of people saying their midrs have been ignored, and im worried the same will happen to me. i think im on day 53. if it helps, i did include a random ticket number but its a bit hard to see since its in the middle of a paragraph and not seperate. someone please tell me whats going on and if mine will get ignored.
