Why did I die?

I was fighting Greedier with Bethany. I had godhead and was using the remote tear detonator so maybe my switch couldn’t handle it but usually when the game can’t handle something it just crashes. As you can see in the picture, I have all my health still and none of the items are showing. I have over 1000 hours in this game and this has never happened to me.

Edit: Thank you everybody for answering. People are saying it’s because of how many tears were on the screen with tear detonator and trisag so the game made me delete myself. I’ll keep that in mind next time I use tear detonator

Anyone else played so long you just forget how fucked up the game is?

I've been playing BoI since it was a flash game on Newgrounds and every once in a while when I have to describe it to someone who's never seen it before I find myself being like "oh yeah those are little aborted fetuses and you fire tears because you're constantly crying due to your mom trying to kill you and yes those are indeed poops everywhere where are you going hey come back"

Looking for the deleted “mom’s balls” mod

Anyone still have the “mom’s balls” mod that got removed from the Workshop?
It replaced Mom’s Heart with the dangling Rotgut balls sprite and changed the versus banner to just “BALLS” with a big censor bar.
Steam fully deleted it, so I’m looking for a local copy if anyone still has the folder. Its old Steam workshop ID was “3332394610” before it was taken down. Would appreciate a reupload or DM.
