Hi!
I’ve just discovered chain tools and that cassettes need to be replaced. Now my bike chain is at 100% wear and it looks like the cassette is also in need of a replacement, but I was wondering whether I also need to replace the front chain rings? I read online they can last through 4 cassettes but it’s a second hand bike and idk how often what has or hasn’t been changed.

Hi! The bottom bearing in my fork is rusty and crunches so I’m going to replace it. However I know nothing about the importance of dimensions. The manufacturer sent me these:

8H x 52 x 40 x 45/45

7H x 41.8 x 30.2 x 45 x 45

I think the 8mm height one is the one I need to replace. The closest I can find though is 7.5 x 52 x 40 x 45/45. Does this half a mm actually make a difference? Can I use spacers? Thanks!
