We sleep trained two weeks ago, bedtime is rough still. He still cries at bedtime and takes 45-60 minutes to fall asleep. His naps and middle of night feed he puts himself to sleep with minimal fussing. I shortened his awake window by 5 minutes because we kept getting false starts and overtiredness and it worked for 3nights now he’s crying a decent amount again at bedtime only. He seems tired but we arent pushing to just get to the awake window number as he would get overtired, trying to use sleep cues as well. We were doing 90 minutes but reduced to 85minutes. His WW 80/80/80/85. It used to be 80/80/80/90
