I'm an 18 years old girl and I almost ended my life;

I'm a girl that is in debt and my parents found out about it and they were really mad and they message the person that I have debt with and asks for the convo and they humiliated me. Said a bunch of strong words I almost have barrowed maybe to 8 persons because of school things. Yesterday I took 8pills of a paracetamol because I supposed to stab my self but couldn't do it because I'm scared so I just look for a meds and only found a medicine and took 8 meds. I'm waiting for the effect why is there nothing happening
