print falling off build plate every time I print, tried everything I know please help Anycubic Mono M7 Pro
I have been trying to figure out ways to fix my print faling off the build plate for the past days and nothing seems to be working. I replaced the film, up the exposure time, change the lifting speed, relevel/sand build plate... nothing seems to work. I am a rather beginner so I don't have advanced knowledge in how I can fix this problem. My prints are always half dangling off the build plate. Could it be that my slice settings are wrong or could it be that it's actually a mechanical issue...
I am using Anycubic Mono M7, here is the last setting I used:
Bottom Layer Count: 5
Bottom Exposure Time: 37s
Lifting Speed: 120mm/min
bottom: 120mm/min
Retract Speed: 360mm/min
bottom: 240mm/min
Lift Distance: 3mm
There was one print after I replaced the FEP film that came out perfectly when I put the bottom exposure up to 40s, but after that one print even with the same settings the print keeps falling off the plate.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
