Assessor just ... lied?
Got 0 points on all descriptors based so I requested my assessment report. Turns out she recommended 0 points on everything based on 3 main points:
I have never seen a mental health specialist. I have, and they have evidence of this.
My medications didn't change at my review 3 months ago. I didn't have a medication review 3 months ago, but my medications did change 6 months ago. And two months ago. They've changed since. I informed them I was in the middle of trialing medications.
I get the bus alone every week to meet my friend. I don't. If I see my friend, they drive to me.
There were also almost a dozen other blatant factual inaccuracies, including about things they didn't even raise during the call that weren't used as justification, including one that I work in a person facing job role. I've been unemployed for over a decade. Makes me wonder how often this happens.
Obviously I'll be going for mandatory reconsideration but without a recording of the assessment I guess they'll just take the assessor at their word given evidence has already been disregarded and I'll have to wait for tribunal to tidy this up?
