I (16 F) Wants to move to back to my home country when I'm of age.
Hi everyone, I’m ( 16f) and currently dealing with an unsafe/highly controlling home environment with my NMom. I am a Canadian citizen but my family moved us to (Lets say Jamaica) a few years ago.
My long-term goal is to escape back to Canada for college when I turn 18 to gain full independence. Right now, I have to pretend I am staying in Jamaica to do regular local 6th Form studies just to keep the peace and prevent them from taking my passport away
.I have my SIN and a valid passport, but they physically hold the passport right now.
I am looking for advice on two things:
- How do I mentally survive playing this "double life" character for the next two years without losing my sanity?
2)What are some smart, low-risk ways to get my physical documents back into my hands right before my flight without triggering a massive problem?
