does anyone have any idea what this may be on back of baby’s head?

wondering if anyone else has experienced similar and found any relief

I’ve had awful bloating with distension for years, quite a while before I had children it’s been absolute misery ongoing and so far no relief. doctor referred me to gastro but I never got seen due to waiting lists. I have no known conditions just ibs and a positive sibo test three years ago by health path. the problem fluctuates throughout the day but usually gets very uncomfortable by the end of the day or usually after I’ve been out walking. my mental health has been all over the place too because of it all being only small build it makes me so self conscious to be so distended. I don’t know if I have intolerances but there’s no known gynae issues so far. I am prone to stress and anxiety which I believe does contribute but confused to why it will flare up after I’ve been walking out anywhere. I’m so frustrated to go out and just live day to day experiencing this discomfort. it’s not painful or hard always but I know it’s bloating by how it looks and the fact it’s not always there it’s mostly upper area discomfort but the lower bloats too sometimes

I’m currently taking a sibo complex with natural ingredients but nothing else at minute
