Hi everyone,

I received an invitation to a project on OneForma, but I can’t apply because the identity verification process is not working.

Every time I try to complete it, I get the message: “Initializing Identity Verification connection, please wait,” but nothing happens after that. The process just gets stuck and never continues.

I’ve already sent several emails/support tickets about this issue, but I haven’t received any response, and it has been a while.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
