I see the milky way project for Ai maps evaluating and i see the lightspeed project for rating? the compensation is throwing me off. cause in both descriptions for both jobs it says 14.50 for reaching 25 hours? but off to the side under compensation it has per task price? lol im sorry im new to this and I need to know yall opinion. which project is more worth my time and effort?

I received an email saying the PO is already available for approval, but when I log into my account, there’s no PO available yet. Anyone else?

I am currently working on two projects for Centific. Nothing has been said about payments even though my submissions were approved. I don’t see anything under payments or invoices. The process seems very vague. Can someone help me here? Do I have to submit an invoice? If so, how? As I don’t see the projects under invoices or pending submissions on Oneforma. I’m genuinely confused.

I received an email that I had been added to the practice phrase of Kawaii and to do 3 practice tasks. Somehow I can do more than 3 and have completed around 8 tasks. Does this mean I have added to production phrase or I have been working on unpaid practice tasks? Would love to see an answer from anybody that know about this matter

my oneforma account was deactivated and I just received a message saying that it was banned due to suspicious activity. The worst part is that I still have money to receive and a project that asked me to do several certifications. I didn't want to be kicked out of the project because it took two months for me to start it, but the support is very helpful

I did one, one time project giving them the data they asked for. Once the data was uploaded it was nothing but crickets. No one will answer my emails, mentioned payments, no further communication whatsoever. Avoid this platform at all costs.

Is it just me or anyone else too? lightspeed India

Hello, I just want to ask about the time it takes for OneForma support to reply through email or on different platforms, I've been trying to contact them about the payment issue of project Centaurus but I've got no response from them ;(

I signed up through OneForma and just received a verification email for a Centific Project.

They're asking for a few verification steps, and I'm a little unsure if it's legit.

Has anyone else received this email or completed the verification process?

After the trouble of verifying my account on the platform, they suspended it, claiming there were suspicious activities, I didn't even work on it

I want to share my experience so others know what they might be getting into.

I completed over 33 hours of work across two annotation projects during the April 15 – May 14 cycle. Two months later, after chasing every channel I could find, the PM, the billing team, support cases, escalations. I finally received a PO. It calculated 6.5 hours instead of 33.

That's not a rounding error. That's most of my work simply not being counted.

What made this worse is that throughout the whole month of follow-ups, I specifically and repeatedly asked for one simple thing: tell me the amount on the PO before it's finalized so I can verify it and avoid having to dispute and wait through yet another payment cycle. Nobody answered that question. Not once.

Now I'm facing exactly what I was trying to avoid, disputing a PO and waiting for a THIRD payment cycle with no guarantee of a fair outcome.

To anyone considering working with OneForma: be warned. There is no real support system here. Emails go unanswered, escalations go nowhere, and payment issues do not get resolved. I spent two months following up across every channel available and got nothing but generic auto-replies and silence.

If something goes wrong with your payment, don't expect anyone to fix it. You will be left chasing ghosts while your hours disappear and your money gets delayed cycle after cycle.

My OneForma account was automatically banned today while I was attempting to submit 3 days of heavy work for the projects "Andromeda" & "Centaurus".

I am a native French citizen currently traveling in Cambodia. The work was done off-platform, but the submission link for Centaurus glitched many times which forced me to try different wifi (phone and private home where I am staying), and the system banned me without explanation (I can only think of Cambodian IP Address). I contacted support but did not get any un-automated answers.

CRITICAL UPDATE 1: I just received an email stating that the project is in its "last sprint". I am terrified of losing 3 days of labor because of this automated ban right at the deadline. Furthermore, I hadn't finished setting up my payment link on the platform before the ban hit.

CRITICAL UPDATE 2: To make things worse, the automated system also rejected my identity verification, after I emailed the right team asking for a name update ( I have 2 family last names, and had only put 1). This is clearly a false positive caused by the automated AI check.

Could a human reviewer please look into my case and grant me a temporary 24-hour unban? This would allow me to submit my completed (and properly masked) data for the 2 projects I worked on, and the other 5 where I was just approved and spent time applying and passing certifications for.

I spent more than 1 week worth of work on your platform, doing tasks off-line, passing certifications, applying to jobs, reviewing very long instructions for assigned tasks. I do hope you will be able to sort the issue ASAP.

I have high-quality photos of my original French ID, my entry visa stamp, and a live selfie ready to prove my identity to a human.

I get, at least 5 mails a weeks saying to target for 20+ hrs of work yet I could barely get 10 as there are no tasks at all on the Lightspeed project.

Is it just me? Are everyone else getting tasks? Why are they constantly hiring when where there aren't enough tasks for the ones already in the project?
