It was a descent company until they decided to just completely dismiss the account support service.

You can get your account deactivated for the smallest thing like logging in from a different device, a different WiFi, location or even without a reason. You should pray that this doesn't happen to you cause once it happens you are helpless.

No matter how many emails you send, how many cases you open, how many days you wait for a response from support you will never hear from them back. You will only get an automated response with your case number and that's it.

I'm writing this as it has been more than 3 months (and that it relatively low compared to other people) since my account has been deactivated and I've sent many many emails and have gotten no response.

So my advice to you is stay away. You will lose your time, you will see your effort going straight to the trash and feel hopeless. It's not worth it.

They can't even tell us why this is happening and when or if our issues will ever be resolved. I'm so disappointed.

I am writing here as a last resort because I have been locked out/flagged for an account review, and I haven't received any response from Support for 3 weeks.

I submitted a request last month, and also followed up via email with my case reference, but my ticket remains unanswered. Meanwhile, I am actively working on my projects on the platform, but I cannot access my main dashboard or profile settings.

Could someone please look into this case or escalate it so my account status can be reviewed? Thank you very much!
