Yesterday, i prepared my whole day to sleep early. I excercised, did work, took a walk outside, read books and didnt use any devices before bed. So when i finally started to feel sleepy at around 8pm, i went to bed. I even dreamed for the first time in weeks too, but i suddenly woke up at 12 midnight. I dont know why my brain decided to wake me up at that time. I had only gotten 3-4 hours of sleep at that point, did my body treat it like a nap? After that, it took me 5 hours to go back to sleep again. Did i go to sleep too early or what?
