Hi. I purchased the C615F a couple months ago. It was fine, always had 99-100%.

But since May 7th the battery has been declining even when the app shows its charging.

It charges 1% or stays the same during the day. During the night it drains a lot and as I said, in the day doesn’t go up. (Except for May 22th when it went from 52% to 54%).

I don’t know what to do.

Has anyone else had this issue?
