I’m wondering how placements work, I’ve contacted the uni’s (WSU and UTS) but no one’s been able to give me an answer 🥲
Are they block placements? If you get a job as a CFHN while studying can that count as placement hours?

Anyone else had a constantly stuffy nose through their pregnancy? Anything you could do to help? My GP suggested saline spray and certain antihistamines but it’s not helping.
I feel like I’m suffocating 1. because my nose is permanently blocked and 2. the secretions are that thick they’re sitting in my throat 🥴
didn’t have this with my first, it’s been going on since first trimester and I’m currently in my second trimester 😭
Hey everyone!
We’ve recently moved into our new building. Without exposing where I work too much, our ward is now split in to two pods, now understaffed, higher acuity, much larger footprint and everything is taking twice as long to get done. The moral is very low!
Asides from general safety concerns, I am also concerned for myself as I am pregnant (second time so not my first rodeo) and every day shift I have been on I have genuinely felt on the verge of passing out. I don’t speak up because it’s every shift and also everyone else is complaining about being sore and tired. I do think it’s a combo is racking up over 12000 steps per 8hr shift and probably not getting enough water.
Anyone have any tips or wisdom to share?
