Advice very appreciated!

So, for about closer to 6 years now I have struggled with anorexia and um recent years have been doing a bit better. My weight was increasing last year and got positive feedback from my doctor. Well yesterday I had my yearly physical and it turned out I had again dropped in weight and concerned my doctor which made her call for mandatory bloodwork. I have a HUGE crippling fear of IVs/bloodwork, and get shaky, woozy, and I start to cry when it is even brought up at a possibility. I have passed out before from it and feel the onsets of doing so when I know I need it done. From others like me, how do you get through bloodwork with a phobia of it? Any feedback is much appreciate!!!

How to keep curls fresh overnight?

So i usually shower at night and of course i do my hair and i put my products in it, but then i have to sleep and everything i’ve done ends up with my curls being flattened or crushed. i used to use a silk bonnet but i found it didnt really work, and i no longer have it. my curls dry in big coils and i love how it looks, i just can never preserve them well enough. any input?
