I wanted to enjoy it. There was an immediate small repair needed within the first 7 days. Now they have messed up my transfer of tag and registration. The communication was terrible. They did not lay out the steps necessary. They’ve wasted about 6 hours of my time, including unpaid time yesterday at the DMV which was a cluster. It’s still not resolved. My temp tag expires tomorrow. They had weeks to do the title work but only sent a needed document yesterday afternoon. I’m not convinced that will resolve it. I paid too much for my 2016 Prius to get this kind of half assed service. Would not use again.
