Lot on 4th av between Douglass and Degraw
My partner and I are considering a lease nearby and we’re wondering if there are plans to start construction in this lot soon.
Only article I could find was this from Jan 2025 (https://naftaligroup.com/press/naftali-credit-partners-provides-18-5m-pre-dev-loan-to-urban-development-partners-for-167-174-4th-ave/) and based on the state it’s in, I doubt it’s still planned for completion in 2027?
