Obliques are the last thing to wear

When I’m doing obliques I feel the most tension in the side of my thigh. For example, if I’m doing a left side oblique crunch, the left side of my left thigh is on fireeee every time. The next thing to give is my shoulders if we’re on our forearms or my wrists if we’re on the hands. I’m about 40 classes in and workout regularly about 5 times a week. Not sure if this is relevant but I’m a 6ft woman with an athletic build and pretty strong legs and arms. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi all! For the last 8 months I have babysat for a family about once a month or so, only when the parents have date night or special events. The mom is the daughter of a close neighbor/family friend so I know them very well. The kids are two boys, 4yrs and 2yrs, who are reallyyyyy well behaved and never give me any trouble. A few months ago the 4yr old saw me using my phone for a quick second and asked to see it, I let him scribble in the notes app for half an hour and then left. Ever since then he has asked to play on my phone/ iPad every time I come over, almost immediately and his parents are there and usually just laugh. He doesn’t have any electronics of his own and I let him play coloring games or educational games and he lovesssss it. Since it’s been so cold this winter I’ve been stumped on how to keep them entertained in the house, as we previously would play at the playground in their neighborhood when it was warmer. I texted the mom a couple months ago and asked if it was okay for him to occasionally play on my iPad and if she had a specific screen time limit and she said she didn’t and that it was fine. Probably the last 5 times I have babysat for them, the 4yr old has basically played on my iPad for majority of the time (like 2-3hrs) while I watch the younger boy. I usually watch them around 5-8ish and since it’s late and usually dark outside I accept that he just wants to wind down and chill with the iPad. I worry that he shouldn’t be glued to the screen and that I’m being a bad babysitter by supplying him my iPad and letting him just sit and play on it. Do you all think it’s okay to just let him do his thing and play on the iPad since he doesn’t get screen time otherwise? I would really appreciate advice on how to maybe shift his interest into playing outside!
