Odie's unethical removal of their OWN Google Reviews is FIXED. Let the reviews roll in!!

Some Good Samaritan restored Odie Pet Insurance's Google Reviews Page that Odie worked hard to take down to hide from consumers that might be shopping for pet insurance. As some of you might recall, they AVERAGED 1-star out of 5 before they shamelessly took their own business page down instead of facing their issues head-on. That's right, they'd rather HIDE than FIX their issues. It's everything that's wrong with insurance these days.

Now we're starting over though. They have a completely clean slate.

Odie Deleted Their Google Business Page Because Reviews Were So Bad

Odie Pet Insurance WAS averaging around 1 star out of 5 possible stars on their Google My Business page and now *POOF* it's gone! Here's an example of what it looked like:

Overall, they've got some worrying issues:

  • They've adopted the shady, cable-company practice of changing their business name (they used to be called Milo Pet Insurance) after poor performance and bad reviews
    • They might be trying to rebrand AGAIN as "Haven Pet Insurance"
  • Deleting their own Google Business Page so consumers can't read reviews and see how terribly they perform--something that would hurt them ensnaring new customers
    • Hard to tell if they just keep moving their business address so they can delete their business page, or they're somehow deleting the page!
  • They also make it all but impossible to find their new business address on their website

For reference, Odie Pet Insurance current business address is 16100 N 71st St, Scottsdale, AZ 85254

If I had a gmail account, I'd "add a missing place" on Google Maps so reviews can start up again. I believe anyone (even if they don't own the business) can create a business page on Maps.

Check out their reviews on Trustpilot and on Reddit for a sense of what I'm talking about.

It's one thing to execute so poorly. It's another to try and HIDE it to deceive consumers... but this sounds like par for the course for them.
