I’ve graded many cards prior and gotten PSA 9’s many times before. This is the first time I’ve genuinely been upset with a grade given to me by PSA. I graded this Pikachu from Ascended Heroes Using Express, and the grader notes said the discrepancy was “Top-to-Bottom”. I’m curious to see what others may think.
