Help with Bugs in Sales > Conversation Campaigns and Reel Ads
Lots of bugs this weekend. If you run Sales > Conversation (Messenger, whats app etc) and your sales just stop (roas 0) check for these things.
Last night I was scrolling reels and my ad came up. I clicked order now and it sent me to download instagram instead of sending me to messenger like it has always done. I couldnt explain why I had such low link clicks today, well my assumption is everyone is being sent to messenger but infact meta just sent them over to Instagram.
I had to duplicate the adsets and set the message destination back to Facebook (messenger) manually. Back into learning mode.
This morning (Sunday), Reels ads arnt loading again. Pinwheel of death. Even the biggest advertisers (pepsi etc) their reel ads dont even play. Seems static ads cheaper and convert more then reels this weekend.
