Post-ablation workout/weightlifting
I’m about 10 days out from my ablation and ready to start slowly working out. My question is for weightlifters (not worry worts). I’m definitely not ready to start lifting heavy yet, but when did you start to push heavier, particularly on movements like squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches? My incision point just still feels tight. I feel ready to hit the bench but not sure when I’ll even come close to 80-90% of these other movements. I’m hoping it’s weeks and not months, or longer.
