Hi, I'm an International graduate RN with only 3 months experience back where i came from before migrating. I graduated way back 2021 and worked for a BPO company instead of working in a hospital (they pay more). Now i'm here in Socal and can't seem to land any hospital jobs. I don't know what to do. I feel stuck. I've been visiting patients for a Home health agency but i don't even know if i can consider it an experience i only visit 2 patients every weekend and getting paid for each. I honestly don't know what to do. Please help.
