I have two Qs (28 & 43mm) and bought the BF a year ago. I like the design, and the main purpose was to shoot that camera unlike the Qs mainly in JPEG. However, with both the iPhone, the iPad, and the MacBook I see a strange behavior when I look at the BF pictures on those devices. As far as I know, the BF bakes some HDR information into the JPEGs, if then on the three aforementioned devices I have HDR activated, the JPEGs from the BF look super over sharpened, and the brighter parts of the pictures often appear blown out, or at least look super unnatural. I know what HDR looks like, but the pics from the BF look very strange. One of the latest firmware updates, I believe it was the one in October or November last year, improved that though not completely, but just recently I have the feeling it again got worse, almost to the point that I don’t want to use the camera. Anyone else seeing the same issue in conjunction with HDR capable displays?
