Gen 4
Hi all! Can someone please help me. My oura ring (gen 4) has been so out of whack the last few weeks. I have not even had the ring for a full year yet so I’m devastated. I work in beer sales so I spend a decent amount of time in *COLD* beer caves, which I believe is likely the root of my problem. As of the last month the battery life decreased immensely. I went from charging it 1x a week to nightly. As of the last 2 weeks, I’m now having connection troubles. I fully charged it overnight last night, woke up this morning and put it on- no connection. This is like the 15th day where I’ve gone with no data and I’m getting very frustrated. My ring meant everything to me and now it’s my current vendetta because it’s just given up on me lol. I just “forgot the device” via my iPhone and now I cannot access the repairing process thru the Oura app. I’ve tried everything- tapping the back of it, closing out the app multiple times and still no luck. Someone please help me before I lose my mind. Thank you in advance <3
