Recommended settings (to reduce electric bill) for Kolin Creo 2HP?

I recently brought a kolin creo inverter for a 31sqm unit. What settings do you recommend to maximize energy savings? Quite excited as my landlord allowed me to replace the really old non-inverter aircon.
Also, when do you clean the filter?
