CDA - Eviction notice F17 Islamabad
Hi, CDA has issued notices to houses in F17, Islamabad. A large number of those notices are about the green belt. That their house is built on green belt and it's CDA land. So it's illegal.
Some of them are for 17th Avenue, some of them are for ig College Land.
Right now, people are asking for explanations. The CDA-approved layout plan for sector F17 (approved in 2005) does not include those plots. The society has altered it and sold plots on CDA land.
But these lands were bought by people like us with our hard-earned money.
Each of these houses is around 40M PKR.
It's a serious matter; there are around 200 houses

Edit : The society Stance is that map of 2005 is not updated. They have submitted the revised plan, according to which everything is legal. I hope it's true
