Short story long my husband and I are separating with the intention of divorce and I am looking for a mediator to help us have this finalized quickly and hopefully for less than a lawyer

We were married in CA 8 years ago no kids one dog joint property is a condo that is not yet paid off if that helps

We are about as amicable as it gets at the moment but this is my first divorce (hopefully the last 😢) and I don't really know what I am doing
