I want to take a trip in September to celebrate my new chapter in life and want to go to Canada to visit a town like Port Haven

Can anyone recommend a place that is similar with beautiful views cute historic buildings maybe some festivals ?

If it helps I am from the Midwest US but near a major airport so I am willing to fly to either side of the country

I have some vintage minis that are now empty what is the best way to clean them well so that the original scent is completely gone before I put something else in them ?

I thought about soaking them in dish soap but maybe I need little bottle brushes to get into the corners ?

Also when there is a screw on cap can I throw out any paper insert in the cap or will this make the bottle less air tight ? I store everything flat so I am not worried about fluid leaks just evaporation

Tyvm for any ideas and suggestions they are too pretty to throw away
