SQL Server Agent and ODBC driver 17 issue

Hi all. I’ve been running into a weird issue on my SQL 2022 server. When ever a sql patch attempts to install it fails and corrupts the ODBC Driver 17 for SQL. It also results in the SQL Server Agent service stopping and refusing to start. The only fix I’ve found when this happens is to run a full SQL repair.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Pressure washer won’t start

Moved into a house that came with a pressure washer. No idea what the status of it is, but I can’t get it to start. I tried adding oil and new gas. Any ideas?

Best way to path hole in deck

Recently opened up our 3 season room now that spring is here. Noticed a lot of these spots on the ceiling. Is this mold or mildew? Can it be safely cleaned off?
