Is anyone else having issues accessing the site? I can't seem to advance beyond the login screen.

Are those words really that different in their likelihood?

I'm between S1 and S2 and am completing my 60th UR gear, so tomorrow all 15 of the heroes in my 3 squads will be fully outfitted with UR gear. Is there any reason to build more? Or should I save the dielectric crystals to build the extra attributes to the gear I have?
