I’m not able to feel a connection with anyone
Exactly what the title says. Currently 31. Spent over 10 years with my highschool sweetheart. We called off the wedding while I was 26 due to some pretty unfortunate circumstances. We had lost our home in a storm after a year of being there. I’ve been on quite a few dates in the last 5 years. I didn’t so much as look at any other women for a solid 2 years after. So I guess more accurately 3 years. There has been a handful of women I find attractive and we have similar interests. I just don’t feel anything though. Even after multiple dates and some solid quality time together. Given the chance I would NOT get back with my ex fiancé for anything. Wondering if anyone has felt the same and what they’ve done to move forward? It feels like I’m literally incapable of developing feelings despite dating some genuinely well put together women.
