I hv been using smytten for years, but for the last 3-4 orders, they’ve been sending me broken products, nd on top of that, there’s no replacement or refund.

Sometimes the products arrive damaged, sometimes serum bottles are empty nd sometimes they are expired. And every time I complain they just give 1-2 trial points as a concession. Like, what am I supposed to do with those points? Those points are only useful if I spend another 299 rs. again.

This time, they sent me 2 serum bottles that were empty nd damaged, 2 broken blushes, and a completely empty highlighter... and in return, they gave me just 4 trial points lol. 🙄

After paying 299 rs. for samples + 65 rs platform fee nd GST, this is the kind of service I get. As a regular customer.. it’s really frustrating and disappointing.

Atp , the app just feels completely useless.
