From where e dry one is getting topical Ahk-cu for hair. I am shredding hair like crazy bcoz of Tirz. Need to regrow and prevent the current hair.

Hello, I am approaching 40 soon in few weeks. What skin treatment i should start to maintain glow, skin hydration and maintain aging process.
PS:I have dry skin and large open pores.
