Hey, as the title says, the buyer didn't pick up the package, what next?

A few days ago, I was notified that the package couldn't be delivered to the buyer's address because the delivery address was incomplete (I provided the exact address that was used during the purchase, so it's not my fault). I wrote to the buyer that the package is probably waiting for them at the post office and asked if they could pick it up.

They replied that they would go pick it up, but today I received a notification that the package is being returned to me :/

The transaction included the Trustee Service, and I paid almost 20 euros for shipping. Will I at least get a refund for shipping, or have I simply lost the money?
