Based on my personal experience, Volkswagen of America’s attitude toward customers is extremely poor.
The Volkswagen Golf MK7 has serious issues related to the fuel tank and EVAP system, which can create safety risks and negatively affect the vehicle’s reliability.
Despite the existence of a safety recall and lifetime warranty related to these problems, Volkswagen of America appears completely uninterested in helping customers and consistently avoids taking responsibility.
The company’s communication, support, and accountability have been deeply disappointing and far below the standards expected from a major automotive brand like Volkswagen.
Based on this experience, I cannot consider Volkswagen of America to be a trustworthy company when it comes to customer care and safety-related issues.
