Has anyone integrated some sort of "airtag" into a framework?

Recently I was seeing someone with the whole "airtags" / "find my device" thingy and I really wanted to have that in my FW13... Has anyone experienced with this?

I did a bit of research and found this "Card 5" from Pebblebee, maybe that could be thrown inside the chassis somewhere? not sure if it fits? also, being that it support wireless charging, could it be charged without having to disassemble the whole laptop every time it needs charging?

Are there any plans by framework to officially include something like this in the future? or maybe someone is thinking on creating an expansion card with it?

Dunno... Ideas?

Hey all, I have a question on how to configure some window rules to avoid having to reorder windows under certain conditions. Normally, when I'm at home working, I have a 2 external monitors setup with a dock, and then when I need to go and work from a cafe, I only have my laptop screen.

When plugged in, I like to keep my browsers in monitor 1, my code editor, and konsole in monitor 2, and slack and communication apps in laptop. Opening the apps while the focus is in the specific monitor opens the apps there, that's fine. Also, if I have all the apps where I want them, and unplug the laptop from the dock, they all move to the laptop screen automatically, and if I plug the monitor back in, they go back to the original monitors they were before unplugging. This is all fine and expected.

Now, if I had the laptop disconnected, open the apps, and THEN plug the dock, all the apps remain at the laptop monitor. This is the case I want to tackle.

I would love to find a way to add some rules like:

- firefox, if no external monitor, just stay in laptop screen. If 1 external monitor, then move to that monitor, if 2 external monitors, then move to the first monitor

- chrome, if no external monitor, just stay in laptop screen. If 1 external monitor, then move to that monitor, if 2 external monitors, then move to the first monitor

- kate, if no external monitor, just stay in laptop screen. If 1 external monitor, then move to that monitor, if 2 external monitors, then move to the second monitor

- vscode, if no external monitor, just stay in laptop screen. If 1 external monitor, then move to that monitor, if 2 external monitors, then move to the second monitor

- konsole, if no external monitor, just stay in laptop screen. If 1 external monitor, then move to that monitor, if 2 external monitors, then move to the second monitor

Ideally, these would kick in when the number of monitor changes, so for instance, I plug in the dock, or some external monitor, apps are rearranged, but I can manually move a specific window of the app to another monitor manually... later, if I unplug and plug back in, the rule is applied again, ie. all apps are rearranged as it was initially wanted, regardless of what I manually did before.

Is it possible to do something like this?

I just upgraded to Kubuntu 26.04, so I am on Plasma 6.6.4, Frameworks 6.24.0 and QT 6.10.2
