I’m looking to buy 9-3 Saab Aero or Vector automatic, petrol, Ulez compliant. I found a few good ones with relatively acceptable mileage up to 100000miles on the clock. I’m only looking at FSH or even partial so at least I have some idea of how that ca was looked after. I had Aero in 2014 and that was 2002, absolutely beautiful car but had to sell it because of Ulez. There is a specialist car dealer in Hagstrom and they have few interesting ones but are quite pricey. Any suggestions of what to look for and which ones to avoid? Any suggestion will be appreciated
