Hello, I’ve had this issue with my past three pens. I have my first three doses fine, but the fourth dose on each does not work. The pen stops clicking halfway to one and jams. I am priming correctly, and I track my doses. I’m genuinely confused. I follow instructions exactly. I switched from Asda online doctor because of this issue, but I’m having the same problem with my first pen from Juniper. They’re stored correctly in the fridge and i can’t think of any reason why this is happening. Has anyone else had this issue?
Edit: when priming I do one click, and push just enough to see a drop of medicine. I track my doses and injection sites, so I’m not forgetting a dose. I also took my first pen to a pharmacist, who confirmed it was faulty.
