​Is it worth buying an older Samsung Galaxy S23 series (or newer) device just to get back into the One UI ecosystem in 2026?

​My back-story:

​Past: I used to have a Galaxy S20 FE until it broke.

​Present: I switched to the CMF Phone 1. I liked Nothing OS at first, but honestly, it feels like it's gone downhill update after update.

​I really miss the sheer amount of customization One UI offers, Samsung DeX, and all the extra power-user features.

​For those who made a similar jump or are still rocking an S23/S24 series device today, how is the performance holding up? Is the software experience still as robust as it used to be, or should I look elsewhere?
