I (25M) have over 35 lipomas around my body. Primarily in my abdomen, flanks, and hips, but several are scattered around my legs, arms, and back as well. Size ranging in the diameter of a golf ball to 1 cm, and are very painful, especially after exercise. I’m looking for the least invasive way with minimal scarring to start the process of getting them removed. I have heard of liposuction as an option but curious if anyone has had any similar experiences, or if you have a recommendations from personal experience.
