Prep:

• Clean your glass Tupperware with isopropyl alcohol

• Let it fully dry

Step 1: Make the Base Soup

• Mix 250g MHRB with \~1.5L distilled water in a large mason jar

• Slowly add 250g lye, stir gently—it’ll get warm and dark

• Let sit for 1 hour to fully break down bark

Step 2: First Naphtha Pull

• Add 50ml of naphtha per 50g of bark (so 250ml for 250g)

• Gently swirl or roll the jar (don’t shake)

• Let it sit still for 6–24 hours—longer = stronger pull

• After separation, use a baster/pipette to carefully pull the clear top naphtha layer

• Transfer it to your glass Tupperware, seal with lid or plastic wrap

• Put in freezer for 24 hours undisturbed

Step 3: Second (and Third) Pull

• Leave the bark mix untouched

• Add another fresh 250ml naphtha

• Swirl gently again

• Let sit another 12–24 hours

• Pull and freeze like last time (can reuse same Tupperware or a new one)

• Stuff steel wool pad into bottle neck

• Sprinkle or melt 25–50mg DMT into pad
