This was a clear glass container that was left under hot running water (that im pretty sure has is high in iron) for an hour and a half, how can I get rid of the orange color?

Dear chemists of Reddit.
I am following up a previous post with a little more specific information. I had construction done in my home and a product called duraseal wood filler was used and sanded with improper dust mitigation practices by the contractor. I’ve included a photo of the ingredients. Should I be concerned about aliphatic hydrocarbon and mineral spirits going airborne and settling around my house? What about the talc or calcium carbonate? I have a crawling one year old, which is why I’m doing my due diligence on this.
I always wonder about household goods.
PFAS on my toothbrush bristles, dental floss.
Petroleum products in my lipsticks.
Microplastics from packaging in the food, pesticide residue on the food.
Like what even adhesives are on produce stickers which I then inevitably eat some of?
How harmful to waterways is my detergent, or dish soap to waterways?
Isn't there a shoe in the USA anymore that can biodegrade but still function as a shoe?
How harmful is eating hot carryout out of black plastic containers?
Is continually dyeing my hair black going to give me cancer?
Is using nail polish weekly ok?
How, as a chemist, do you navigate the nightmarish landscape of household products that are really not that regulated? I just want to not get sick or damage the planet horribly.
Hello, I’ve been thinking about making a web fluid shooter (like Spider-Man’s), but when I’ve seen the options for making web fluid I’m a little confused. Some of them look let’s say bad, and the most popular combo is Fabri-Tac + Acetone/nail polish remover. I thought it looked really cool but when I asked ChatGPT it said that it’s dangerous for skin and eyes and breathing it in may cause heavy health problems and if I really want to use it then only outside. What do you guys think? Is it actually dangerous? Is there a safer also good looking alternative? Also of course I wanna make that light web that floats in the air, not a strong web to hold a person lol. Thanks for any advice!
Edit: I let go of web shooters and I’m making my own JARVIS lmao. Thanks for y’alls help!
So I bought a bunch of glass containers for food today. Ran some dishwater and started un packaging and dropped them all in the water. As I was about to put the last one in, I saw this little informational ( yeah I said it) inside. As I'm reading, I'm like, oh cool I can use these in the oven ( which I won't), and then I see the part about not using bleach....... well a bit late, because I put bleach in my dish water........ have I ruined my containers? And should I not be putting bleach in my dishwater?
