So over the weekend, Sunday rather, I spent $40 bucks at the Randazzo on Joy rd off Telegraph. I have decided that that will be my last time visiting that location. The produce always looks questionable, but its conveniently close by. I bought strawberries, a pineapple and 2 halves of watermelon, one yellow one red. By Moday evening i had to toss the strawberries. Tuesday the red watermelon and the pineapple, and scared to see what I will be throwing out today. Normally I always go to the randazzo on Gratiot but since I live so far from it I haven't been going to that one. If you live on the west side, where are you getting your produce from?

I moved in this house almost 2 years ago. I've never been comfortable, like my soul is at unrest. I keep catching shadow figures moving a lot more than usual lately. Its various sizes, like sometimes it seems human sized, sometimes short like an animal. The cat makes it worse, always looking at the wall above my headboard, and then there's the random knocking sound coming from the bathroom up here. I keep the feeling that someone is in my house. The cat is always in the basement, but my dog won't go down there for squat. Am I tripping, or should I get someone to come pray over this house?

Man, I have never felt so dumb.... I did a whole shift plus overtime playing several cash games today. Wasted the whole day on bait and switch flimflam scams that bamboozled me outta 10 hrs.... 10 whole hours. I haven't felt this scammed since a friend scammed me outta $6500 for a house that I never got... wait... maybe it was since I bought my first house... either way 10 hours, a gazillion and a half ads, and I never saw one red cent. Let my stupidity be a lesson to NEVER gamble, I mean, play with your time. In 2026 and beyond, anything that sounds too decent to be true is fraudulent.... the games- woodoku blast, bingo money, sheep cash run, bubble kate, and sugar rush adventure, games from free cash, from just play, and Mr. Beast dreamy sort

After receiving an email from mychart, I think im done with doctors. I have been at my job 8 years and I have had the same insurance 8 years, but this year my doctor visits were ALL different. First most visits I felt like a dollar sign because they were trying to talk me in to expensive procedures that I really don't need, seemed weird. Then, I get the same things every year, physicals, exams, blood work/tests, and all I had to pay was co-pays, but this year I'm getting bills left and right. I don't know what's happening but I'm getting off the hamster wheel

I was in walmart shopping, and I kept bumping into this lady (figuratively). The last time I bumped into her, she asked me if I was interested in Bible study. I thought the coincidence was maybe a divine one because I have been interested in reading the Bible but having a hard time doing so. We chatted for a nice minute. I told her about how I had been doing research and studying into Kemetic and Ifa practices and traditions. She was West African and had ne er heard of either, which I thought was strange. So after I had given her highlights of both and gave her the resources and references that started my search, she went into her "church" and its teachings of the Bible.

I am grateful, I will say, because she put me up on an app (holy bible) that may be extremely useful for Bible reading. However, the conversation soon turned a bit kind of preachy and persistent. The church is mission society church of God. She became adamant that I attended tomorrow morning, and the pressure sounded an alarm in my soul because when ppl are pressuring you into doing something immediately, it's usually not good, and before i make decisions on certain things i like to do research. It seemed as if her persistence cleared my judgement, and I got uncomfortable and was ready to retreat. Crazy thing is after that, I didn't see her anymore, and I was in and all over that store for another hour. Before she got weird and I uncomfortable, I had given her my number, and she had given me the website for her "church." When I got home I decided to Google the church and low and behold, I find several posts on reddit about it being a cult.

I dont know what kind of beacon I'm emitting lately but I keep getting approached by people trying to recruit me in to weird organizations...... yall be safe, informed and aware out there, and keep that discernment strong....

So recently got a membership to a Detroit rec center near me because they had adult swim lessons ( i know, i know) however after paying my money, waiting for the registration date and making my business to get there to register, I finds out that they are not offering adult swim this year at that location. Getting frustrated because the detroit rec center website is trash and not updated regularly or ever it seems, so considering getting a universal membership to go wherever they are offering things. Also considering getting a membership to the YMCA, but geez their membership is damnear a household bill, $50 bucks a month means $600 a year for a membership.... the amenities kinda makes it make sense but not really. So then I started looking at gym memberships, then the reviews and I'm just like wtf..... I just wanted to learn to swim and maybe find some decent activities to come outside and do. Then high cholesteral said I also needed to get actively moving around more, but I'm not trying to pay more than my home owners insurance for memberships to places I will only visit 2x a week at most........ any advice, aside from youtube? ( I am an in person kinda gal, and I need to do things in person in order to process)
