Hey everyone, I’m seeing this type of interactive screen on Instagram ads where it asks questions like ‘When are you planning to buy diamond jewellery?’ with multiple-choice options before continuing.

I wanted to know:

Can this type of questionnaire/poll screen be created directly inside Meta Ads Manager?

Or is this an Instagram-only native feature?

If it’s possible in Ads Manager, what campaign/ad format is used to create it? (Instant Forms, Story Ads, Interactive Stickers, etc.?)

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Would appreciate if someone can explain how brands are making these ads. Thanks!!!
