I lost my Steam account and requested account recovery. They asked for my SteamGuard code, which I don't have. They asked for proof that it was my account, and I showed them an invoice for games purchased on Steam, but they refused. They said I needed a different code—the card numbers I used for the payment—but my card is very old; I replaced it and it's lost. I don't have a copy of it. I asked them for another solution, but they refused no matter what. I really want to file a complaint with Steam
